So far not a huge difference

Taste is fine, very easy to take in the morning if a bit awkward due to its sticky honey like texture. I havent noticed a huge difffence but I did have trouble sleeping when I took it later in the day but my sleep is very sensitive to stimulates, I only take Caffene in the morning due to that reason. Taking it in the morning didnt affect my sleep/

Strong and high quality, but...

The taste is good and after 4 weeks of taking it the effects are present. however the tin does not close properly. every time it gets shaken up un a bag, I find shilajit everywhere...

Ich nehme Shilajit jetzt seit ungefähr einer Woche und ich kann sagen, dass ich definitiv einen Unterschied in meiner Energie und Konzentration bemerkt habe. Ich habe mich tatsächlich dabei ertappt, bestimmte Dinge ganz durchzulesen, anstatt sie nur zu überfliegen. Die Energie, die ich bekomme, ist ein ganz natürliches Gefühl. Ich würde allerdings raten, es nicht vor dem Schlafengehen einzunehmen. Ich würde sagen, spätestens 13-14 Uhr. Ich habe es einmal vor dem Schlafengehen genommen und kaum geschlafen. Tolles Produkt, ich empfehle auf jeden Fall, es auszuprobieren. Lassen Sie sich nicht vom Preis abschrecken, die Dosen sind extrem klein, sodass Sie ziemlich lange damit auskommen. Der Geschmack ist nicht gut, aber auch nicht schrecklich. Ich trinke es mit warmem Wasser und es ist in Ordnung.
