Simply add the XTRA FUEL products to your shopping cart in the quantity and variation you would like to order. To add a product to the shopping cart, simply click on the "Add to cart" button.
Note: You do not need a customer account to buy products on xtrafuel.de. However, a customer account will help you save valuable time when shopping later and get your desired XTRA FUEL products in your hands faster.
Don't worry! We are working at full speed to get sold-out products back into our warehouse as quickly as possible so that you can access them again soon. If you want us to let you know when the product you want is back in stock, sign up for a reminder email via the product page.
In your shopping cart you will see all the XTRA FUEL products that you have marked for purchase so far. You will find the total amount of your purchase at the bottom. If everything is correct, click on "Proceed to checkout" to complete your order and receive your products as quickly as possible.
After you have placed your order, we will send you an e-mail with your order number as confirmation. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will notify you by email. In your email notification you will also find a tracking link so that you know where your XTRA FUEL products are at all times.
We will send you your invoice within 30 minutes of receiving your order. You will find this as a PDF in the form of a download link in your order confirmation. If you have not received your invoice, please send us an email to info@xtrafuel.de. Our team will then send you your invoice again.
No, don't worry - of course you can do this without a customer account. We want to make the purchasing process as easy as possible for everyone, which is why this also works without a customer account.
What are the advantages of a customer account at XTRA FUEL?
With a personalized customer account, you no longer have to enter your details to place an order. You can also track what you have bought from us in the past. This gives you a complete overview.
If something has gone wrong with the delivery and you have received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Your order number - Product you did not receive - Product you received instead - Photo of the product you received
Once we have received the above information, we will deal with it as quickly as possible and try to solve the problem to your complete satisfaction. Unless we can prove and verify that you have actually received the wrong product, we unfortunately cannot begin to help you.
Please do not return an incorrect product unless instructed to do so by one of our Customer Happiness team. This may slow down the process.
ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS RECEIVED WITHOUT THE CORRECT/MISSING ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.
If you have not received an email confirmation, please contact us via the chat or by email: info@xtrafuel.de. We will send you your order confirmation as soon as possible.
We do our best to offer you a high-quality and fast service. We process orders just as quickly. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please send us an e-mail to info@xtrafuel.de.
Please note that we can only change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. So if you really want to cancel your order, we would be very sorry. The entire XTRA FUEL team and thousands of other customers are convinced that you will be delighted with our products.
Shipping and delivery
Already have an XTRA FUEL account?
Great! Simply log in to our online store, where you can view the current processing status of your last order. Once the order has been fully processed, you can then click on order information and view the current shipment status.
Don't have an XTRA FUEL account yet?
As soon as your order has been fully processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the title "Your order is on its way". You can then use the link to view the current shipment status. Please don't worry if you haven't received the email yet! It normally takes around 24-48 hours for the order to be dispatched *Please note that it may not be possible to view the shipment status until around 24 hours after dispatch.
Yes, you can specify in the checkout that your billing and delivery addresses are different. Once you have selected this option, you can add an additional billing address.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer you individualized packaging. However, all XTRA FUEL packaging is designed to have a neutral effect.
We currently ship via DHL. However, we are working on being able to offer you other shipping service providers.
