Order
Simply put the XTRA FUEL products in the shopping cart, in the quantity and variation you want to order. To put a product in the shopping cart, simply click on the "Add to cart" button.
Note: You do not need a customer account to buy products on xtrafuel.de. However, a customer account will help you save valuable time when shopping later and get your desired XTRA FUEL products in your hands more quickly.
Don't worry! We are working at full speed and will ensure that sold-out products are returned to our warehouse as quickly as possible so that you can get them again soon. If you would like us to inform you when the product you want is back in stock, sign up for a reminder email on the product page.
In your shopping cart you can see all the XTRA FUEL products that you have earmarked for purchase so far. You can find the total amount of your purchase at the bottom. If everything is correct, click on "Checkout safely" to complete your order and receive your products as quickly as possible.
After you have placed your order, we will send you an email with your order number as confirmation. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will notify you by email. In your email notification you will also find a link for tracking your shipment so that you always know where your XTRA FUEL products are.
We will send you your invoice within 30 minutes of receiving your order. You will find this as a PDF in the form of a download link in your order confirmation. If you have not received your invoice, please send us an email to info@xtrafuel.de. Our team will then send you your invoice again.
No, don't worry - this can of course also be done without a customer account. We want to make the purchasing process as easy as possible for everyone, which is why this also works without a customer account.
What are the advantages a customer account at XTRA FUEL?
You will have to have a personalized customer account in the future no longer enter your data to place an order. You can also track what you have purchased from us in the past. So you have the full overview.
If something went wrong during delivery and you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately with the following information:
- Your order number - Product that you did not received - product you received instead - photo of the product you received
As soon as we receive the above information, we will take care of it as quickly as possible and try to resolve the issue to be resolved to your complete satisfaction. Unless we can prove and verify that you have actually received an incorrect product, we unfortunately cannot begin to help you.
Please do not return an incorrect product unless one of our Customer Happiness representatives instructed you to do this. This may slow down the process.
ALL CLAIMS FOR ORDERS RECEIVED WITHOUT THE CORRECT/MISSING ITEMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE DELIVERY DATE.
If you have not received an email confirmation, please contact us via chat or email: info@xtrafuel.de. We will send you your order confirmation as soon as possible.
We do our best to offer you a high-quality and fast service. We process orders just as quickly. If you want to cancel or change your order, send us an email to info@xtrafuel.de.
Please remember that we can only change or cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. So if you really want to cancel your order, we would be very sorry. The entire XTRA FUEL team and thousands of other customers are convinced that you will love our products.
Shipping and delivery
You already have an XTRA FUEL account?
Great! Simply log in to our online shop, where you can see the current processing status of your last order. Once the order has been fully processed, you can then click on order information and view the current shipment history there.
You don't have an XTRA FUEL account yet?
As soon as your order has been fully processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with the title "Your order is on the way". You can then use the link to view the current shipment status. Please don't worry if you haven't received the email yet! It usually takes about 24-48 hours for the order to be dispatched.*Please note that it may not be possible to view the shipment status until about 24 hours after dispatch.
Yes. You can specify that your billing and shipping addresses are different during checkout. Once you have selected this option, you can add an additional billing address.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer you customized packaging. However, all XTRA FUEL packaging is designed to have a neutral effect.
We currently ship via DHL. However, we are working on being able to offer you other shipping providers.
