So far not a huge difference

Taste is fine, very easy to take in the morning if a bit awkward due to its sticky honey like texture. I havent noticed a huge difffence but I did have trouble sleeping when I took it later in the day but my sleep is very sensitive to stimulates, I only take Caffene in the morning due to that reason. Taking it in the morning didnt affect my sleep/

Is it supposed to taste sweet? I thought shilajit is always very bitter

Strong and high quality, but...

The taste is good and after 4 weeks of taking it the effects are present. however the tin does not close properly. every time it gets shaken up un a bag, I find shilajit everywhere...
